If you do not know who Joss Whedon is, then you simply live on another planet or are part of the underworld. Creator of such hits as Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and it’s spinoff Angel, sci-fi series Firefly and movie Serenity and the upcoming Dollhouse, his talent his witnessed again with this comical musical webseries.

Joss Whedon experimented with musical episodes when he wrote and directed the Buffy episode “Once more with feeling...”. It’s overwhelming success inspired Whedon in creating this new webseries with well known actors. Starring in the series, Neil Patrick Harris (Dr.Horrible), Nathan Fillion (who guest starred in the last season of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and can be currently seen in Desperate Housewives) and Felicia Day.

 

The first act went up on July 15th and the other two the following days. However if you have not seen the series, you had up until July 20th to see it online. You can buy them for 1.99$ each on iTunes (we strongly recommend you do so since this will enable us to get more out of Whedon… At least we hope :-) ).

 

So far the series is funny. The music is wonderful and totally worth taking the time to watch.
